男，中共党员，博士。分别于2015年、2018年、2022年于河海大学获得工学学士、工学硕士、工学博士学位。主要从事输水系统及电站过渡过程、水利过流设施多相流模拟及模型试验、流体机械水动力学等相关的研究。目前发表学术论文5篇，授权发明专利3项，参与国家自然科学基金2项、江苏省自然科学基金2项、重点科研项目和重大工程10余项。
