河海大学是具有百年历史的中国水利高等教育“摇篮”,水利工程学科是其优势学科,入选国家“世界一流大学和一流学科”建设名单,上一轮科学评估为A+,软科排名世界第一。河海大学水工程安全研究院立足于河海大学水利工程学科,具备完整和突出的科学技术体系,拥有以院士为首席顾问的高水平技术队伍,多年来,在水工程安全保障方面积累了丰富的经验和实践成果,尤其在大坝、堤防、水闸等工程的安全防控研究和实践应用方面得到了行业的一致认可和好评。与相关流域机构、科研院所、企事业单位建立了良好、长期、稳定的合作关系,持续产生着积极显著的社会影响和实际贡献。

Hohai University is the cradle of China's water conservancy higher education with a hundred-year history, and the discipline of water conservancy engineering is its strength. Based on the discipline of water conservancy engineering of Hohai University, the Institute of Water Engineering Safety of Hohai University has a complete and outstanding science and technology system and a high-level technical team with academicians as chief advisors. We have established good, long-term and stable cooperative relationships with relevant basin institutions, research institutes, enterprises and institutions, and have continued to produce positive and significant social impact and practical contributions.

河海大学水工程研究院致力于开展水工程安全研究工作。院内成员长期从事重大水利水电工程的安全监测分析、检测评价、灾变机理解析和预警防控等研究。在重大水利水电工程安全监控与健康诊断等方面提出了相关的理论和方法,产生了显著的经济和社会效益。水工程安全研究院实行院长负责制,河海大学顾冲时教授担任院长。目前设置四个研究方向,分别是水工程安全监测与智慧管控、水工程安全运维与应急管理、水工程智能建造、水工程全生命周期健康诊断与韧性提升。

The Institute of Water Engineering of Hohai University is dedicated to the research of water engineering safety. Members of the institute have long been engaged in research on safety monitoring and analysis, testing and evaluation, disaster mechanism analysis and early warning and prevention and control of major water conservancy and hydropower projects. They have proposed theories and methods in safety monitoring and health diagnosis of major water conservancy and hydropower projects, which have produced significant economic and social benefits. The Institute of Water Engineering Safety is under the directorship of Professor Gu Chongshi of Hohai University. At present, four research directions are set up, which are water engineering safety monitoring and intelligent control, water engineering safety operation and maintenance and emergency management, water engineering intelligent construction, and whole life cycle health diagnosis and toughness improvement of water engineering.

近四十年来,院内成员先后承担三峡、锦屏、小湾、糯扎渡、龙滩、岩滩、向家坝、公伯峡、龙羊峡、二滩、小浪底、东江、凤滩、水口、丹江口、青铜峡、新安江、碧口、福建省十五座大坝(古田溪梯级、安砂、池潭、水东等),安徽省八座大坝(陈村、梅山、磨子潭、佛子岭等),广东省六座大坝(青溪、南水、枫树坝等)等共120多座大中型工程的资料分析、安全评价和安全监控,研制出一整套用于信息管理、分析和反分析、综合评价和安全监控等水工专业软件,解决了大量的工程问题。

In the past 40 years, members of the institute have undertaken the work of Three Gorges, Jinping, Xiaowan, Nuozadu, Longtan, Yantan, Xiangjiaba, Gongboxia, Longyangxia, Ertan, Xiaolangdi, Dongjiang, Fengtan, Shuikou, Danjiangkou, Qingtongxia, Xin'anjiang, Bikou, fifteen dams in Fujian Province (Gutianxi Steps, Ansha, Chi-tan, Shidong, etc.), eight dams in Anhui Province (Chencun, Meishan, Muzitan, Fuziling, etc.), six dams in Guangdong Province. We have developed a complete set of professional software for information management, analysis and counter-analysis, comprehensive evaluation and safety monitoring of hydraulic projects, and solved a large number of engineering problems.
